THE SCENE IS SECURE. YOU ARE NOT.

I’m Christopher Stockton. I’m a father, a full-time paramedic, an offshore medic, and the founder of Critical-Run™ and the Dispatched & Dysfunctional podcast.

I built this brand between shifts because I was tired of the bullshit. If you work in emergency services, you already know the reality: the system is cracked. We are trained for months on how to carry trauma, manage chaos, and save a life—but no one trains us on how to process what’s left in our heads when the shift ends. A generic 'corporate wellness' poster in the breakroom doesn't fix what you saw at 3:00 AM.

I’ve spent years running calls everywhere from inner-city trauma zones to isolated offshore oil vessels. I've seen exactly what burnout, broken systems, and isolation can do to good medics, EMTs, and dispatchers.

Critical-Run™ started as an answer to that. It’s an outlet for the dark humor, the chaos, and the raw mental health reality of the streets. It’s for the boots-on-the-ground responders who carry weight most people don’t see.

This isn't just a t-shirt company. It’s a community built on skill, grit, and the belief that we can train better, lead stronger, and actually talk about the stuff no one else will.

Whether you’re brand new to EMS or fifteen years deep and crawling through burnout—you aren't alone. Grab some gear, tune into the podcast, and keep running the calls.

Where skill meets chaos—you lead.

Why I Built This
First responders are trained to carry trauma — not process it.

Critical-Run™ was built for the people still showing up:
-
on the truck
-
at the station
-
and at home
