THE SCENE IS SECURE. YOU ARE NOT.

I'm Christopher Stockton: father, full-time industrial firemedic, paramedic, former offshore medic, and founder of Critical-Run™ and Dispatched & Dysfunctional.

Critical-Run is medic-owned and built from real field experience, not anonymous brand copy. The gear, stories, and tools are for EMS, fire, dispatch, law enforcement, offshore, healthcare, military, and the people who carry the call after it ends.

Start here: shop the gear, listen to the podcast, or use the mental health tools when you need a grounded reset between shifts.

Why I Built This

First responders are trained to carry trauma — not process it.

Critical-Run™ was built for the people still showing up:

on the truck
at the station
and at home

Real stories.
Real experience.
Real Support.

Because this job changes people - and nobody should have to carry it alone.
