Critical-Run products are made to order. We do not accept returns for size, fit, color, or preference.

Returns for defects, damage, or wrong items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at chris@critical-run.com. Include your order number and clear photos. We will work with Printful on a replacement or refund when confirmed.

Lost or delayed packages
Contact us at chris@critical-run.com and we will help.

Cancellations
Email promptly. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
