
Return Policy

We work with a print-on-demand partner (Printful) to fulfill and ship our products. Please read the following policy carefully:
🛠 Damaged or Misprinted Items
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
To report an issue, please submit a problem report.
📦 Return Address
Returns are automatically sent to the Printful facility. You’ll receive an email notification when a return is received. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If you enter a custom return address instead of Printful’s facility, you are responsible for all return handling and associated costs.
🚫 Wrong Address
If the address provided is incorrect or undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming the updated address.
⏳ Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments are returned to Printful and may be donated after 30 days. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
😷 Face Masks & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, Printful does not accept returns for sealed goods like face masks. These items will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
🔁 Size & Non-Damaged Returns
If your item arrives correctly but you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please contact us before sending anything back.
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Size exchanges require a new order at the customer’s expense.
🇪🇺 EU Notice
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
This policy is governed by the English version, regardless of translations.
