I created Critical-Run™ for the boots-on-the-ground responders who carry weight most people don’t see. As a full-time paramedic, husband, and father, I know what it’s like to lead under pressure — offshore, on the street, or at home.
Critical-Run™ was built to support EMTs, AEMTs, medics, and first responders with real-world tools, grounded training, and raw storytelling that reflects the job we live.
I’ve spent years working from inner-city trauma calls to offshore oil vessels, and I’ve seen what burnout, broken systems, and lack of training support can do to good people. Critical-Run™ is my answer — a community built on skill, grit, and the belief that we can train better, lead stronger, and talk about the stuff no one else will.
