About

Quarterly Critical-Run Wellness Challenge Thirty days. A few minutes a day. Your crew against... well, against burnout. Every quarter, Critical-Run runs a team wellness challenge for stations, shifts, units, dispatch centers, and ER teams. Sign up your crew, do one small thing a day, earn points together, and see how your team stacks up. What it is: Not therapy. No BS. Daily micro-actions for sleep, connection, and winding down after the job — built by people who live shift-to-shift. Team-based, supportive, and a little bit competitive — in a good way. How it works: Each day you'll get a short message, a micro-action (under 5 minutes), a tool, and your points for the day. Four times during the month, your team does a 5-minute huddle. Points are for doing — never for how you feel, how you slept, or what you share. Skip anything, no questions asked. Team scores are per member, so a four-person crew can beat a forty-person battalion. The leaderboard shows team names only. Solo or with a buddy: Do it on your own, or invite a buddy to join the same program and compare notes. It's optional. Every step works solo, and each one has a short "Buddy option" you can use or skip. You don't have to be okay to start. You just have to start. Why it matters: Because the crew that checks on each other lasts longer. Especially in this line of work. In an emergency, call 911. In crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (Veterans: dial 988, then press 1). This is education and peer-style support — not therapy or medical advice. Critical-Run doesn't ask about your health, and nothing here should be shared with an employer. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 — don't email.) Not therapy. Not medical advice. This challenge is general education and peer-style support. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed professional, and it isn't a crisis service — nobody at Critical-Run monitors messages or sign-ups. If something here brings up more than you can handle, stop and reach out. In an emergency, call 911. In crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (Veterans: dial 988, then press 1) — free, 24/7.
